Coho Recap

We definitely didn’t have the biggest coho run we’ve had here, but the coho came back big and there was enough in the Craig area to get it done on a daily basis. I fished till September 11 and we were getting limits or close to limits right up to the last few days of the season. Even when the bigger lodges delares the cohos over we were still doing well. We started doing longer runs for Halibut this season which paid off. The halibut fishing on the inside and around Noyes was rather dismal later in the season. That is why we started doing the longer runs.

We would like to thank all of our clients. We had a very successful season and it looks like we will be all booked up for next year. Captain Nick did an excellent job and we are looking forward to him coming back next season.
